Beneficiaries:

People residing in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions can benefit from HIV Infection/AIDS Management Program free of charge

Scope of the Program:

In the frames of the HIV Infection/AIDS management program, the beneficiary can receive inpatient and outpatient medical services, as well as AIDS treatment (antiretroviral medications).

Engagement in the Program and documents to be submitted:

To engage in the Program a person residing in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region should:  

• Possess a personal identification number granted as result of registration; or
• Possess a neutral ID (SNID) or neutral travel document (SNTD); or
• Possess an ID Card of Georgian citizen.

Program Funding:

Services provided by the Program are completely free and do not envisage any co-payment from a patient.
